The journey of Khurana Wire Drawing Dies Pvt. Ltd. began in 1965 when (Late) Shri Avsharan Singh Khurana established his manufacturing unit in Thane, Maharashtra. His passion for precision and engineering laid the foundation for a company committed to quality and innovation.

Khurana Wire Drawing Dies Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Khurana Wire Drawing Dies) was founded in January 1965 by (Late) Shri Avsharan Singh Khurana (1940-2021). After his passing, the company transitioned into a Private Limited entity, with the existing partner as the Managing Director and Mrs. Bhuenderkaur Khurana as the other Managing Director.
In 1955, (Late) Shri Avsharan S. Khurana started his career at M/s. Dewidayal Industries Ltd., Mumbai, as a die maker, later becoming in charge of the wire drawing department. With extensive experience, he established his own manufacturing unit in Thane, Maharashtra, specializing in Tungsten Carbide (T.C.) Dies.
In 1980, he expanded operations with M/s. ABN Engineers, focusing on Wire Drawing Machines, Equipment, and Accessories. Recognized as a respected figure in the wire, cable, and die industry, his deep expertise fueled the company’s continued growth.
His son, Shri Harvinder S. Khurana (Raju), joined the business in 1985, bringing advanced die-making expertise and industry insights.
The company became Bombay's first manufacturing unit for dies. In 1995, a second unit, Die Mech (India), was established in Thane, specializing in Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) and Tungsten Carbide Dies (TCD).
With over five decades of experience in wire and bar drawing, Khurana Wire Drawing Dies Pvt. Ltd. has built a reputation for precision, quality, and reliability. The company maintains its core values of consistency, fair pricing, and exceptional service.
Using high-quality tungsten carbide pellets from top global manufacturers, strict quality control is applied at every stage. Each die is assigned a unique batch number or serial number to ensure full traceability. SGS India Ltd. oversees the export inspections, ensuring compliance with international standards.
Today, Khurana Wire Drawing Dies Pvt. Ltd. supplies its products across India and globally, earning industry trust for its precision-engineered dies and customer-first approach.
